*Vintage Style Me : Bird print dress*

Hello girlies, I have a very late, but very exciting post for you all today! (oh, and a picture heavy one too) A few weeks ago a gorgeous girl called Rhiannon from Vintage Style Me started following me on twitter (and i followed back, obvs.) To my amazement i discovered she runs her own online vintage clothing store, which within minutes i fell in love with. (You all know my weakness for pretty vintage things). Anyway, I came across this dress. You know that moment when you see something and just think, ' I will do anything to own that' Well, that moment happened. Not often do I have that sort of sudden emotional attachment to an item of clothing, so I knew this was something special. A few minutes after discovering the vintage dress of my dreams, i tweeted about it! - As you do. Then, the best thing happened. Rhiannon said she would send me the dress, in return for one of my handmade peter pan collars! Obviously I jumped to the chance, as we were about to commit the 'best-swap-ever'. She sent it the next day and i received the dress just 2 days after falling in love with it. - Magical. So not only does Rhiannon sell the most beautiful, affordable clothes, she's also pretty darn good at posting them too ;) I honestly can't thank her enough! I had originally planned on wearing it saturday night for my 18th birthday, but, seeing as my 'garden party' turned into a 'make do with the house' party because of the charming british weather, I'm going to wear it in pride next sunday for a birthday celebration Tea Party for my Cousin and I (She's also just turned 18).

So there you have it, the prettiest dress ever! I would also like to add just how amazing the quality is! You can tell that Rhiannon takes pride in providing great quality vintage clothing. The pearl buttons really do finish the dress off! I can't wait to wear it in summer with some 'jesus' sandals, sunnies and a fringed satchel! - Perfection.
