Okay, I really hope you're not getting sick of all the D.I.Y's recently, but I just had to share this one! I know the 'lace trim shorts' have been travelling around the bloggersphere at a hundred miles an hour, BUT, just incase you hadn't seen them before, i thought i best share mine. I actually did these ages ago, but never got around to sharing them :( I literally just bought a pair of tatty high wasted jeans from a charity shop, cut them into shorts and sewed lace all around the edges. I don't know how else to explain it? Although, if you are as terrified of sewing machines like i used to be, then you can either hand stitch the lace on, or simply use a strong glue! So i guess anyone can make these! I also recommend buying a pair of jeans from a charity shop, especially for your first go at this before you cut up any of your more 'expensive' jeans/shorts!
I've given you a little list of what you need, but the rest is pretty self explanatory! Just remember to pin the lace in place before you start sewing! I hope this has helped/given you some inspiration! Let me know if you try it out too, I'd love to see!
Enjoy your sunday lovelies! Im off to eat a yummy roast! NOM! x x x
